Jeff, owner driver of Avery Earthmoving took delivery of his FUSO Shogun on Friday from Daimler Trucks Geelong and put it straight to work on the Monday.
The first load in style, a load of Batesford toppings from Batesford Quarry.  
Jeff has been in the industry for 37 years, anything from site cuts, carparks, rural driveways and dams, and the FUSO Shogun met his expectations and more.
Introducing the 13-litre FUSO Shogun 510 HP, the most powerful Japanese Heavy-Duty truck in Australia. With 2500Nm available from just 800rpm, the Shogun 510 delivers big torque for those with big jobs to do.
The Shogun is not only the most powerful – but also the safest in its class with Lane Departure Warning (LDWS), intelligent LED headlight control, and Advanced Emergency Braking System (AEBS/ABA5). In fact, the Shogun is able to bring the vehicle to a complete stop without driver intervention if an impact with another vehicle or pedestrian is imminent.
